Neoterical is a small web design studio founded by Noel Hurtley in early 2007. Noel has designed and developed websites for over eleven years.
Noel created his first website when he was only nine years old. It was a humble website dedicated to Home Schooling. A few years later he learned CSS and the rest is history.
